Our founder
Gina is the founder and director of Aura Collective, bringing over 22 years of experience in the hair industry. Her vision for Aura Collective was shaped by a belief that beauty should feel as good as it looks. Calm, intentional and deeply personal.
Gina’s approach to hair artistry is grounded in presence, care and trust. She believes exceptional results come from listening deeply with also refining technique and creating a supportive environment where both clients and stylists can thrive.
Her commitment to education and mentorship underpins the culture at Aura Collective, ensuring the salon remains a space of growth, respect and longevity , both for the team and the clients they serve.
